It's a miracle how Stephanie Miller can improve a horse by just taking the blinkers off after five very mediocre runs in Flamingo park.And it doesn't seem to be a surprise as they backed it from 18-1 into 13-1.Always a change of gear of some sort (usually blinkers on or off) seems to improve them drastically.
