On form there are a good couple here with chances,, but once again I would have chosen the class over the field - Beaufort , much the same profile as the winner above , and I would have had him beating Lucara, First Mate and bedazzled Joker - but for the twist in the race.

RIGHTS OF MAN - got to within 5 lengths of legend, which is a horse ranked 12th on my all time seasonal chart, he got to wiithin 2.4 Lengths of Pagoda, and we know where he last raced. I suspect this one is going to be dangerous at this shorter trip - and that's why I cannot back my selection - Beaufort at these skinny odds

Rights Of Man absolutely friendless in the market - which makes Beaufort the likely winner -- But I am not going to risk being beaten by a 30/1 shot on a 9/10 favourite.

What a quartet that was

A shocking result - But bedazzled Joker finished close up to Tommy Grand - highly regarded, First mate close up to Ryker, Lucara had form too -- couldn't believe those horses went off at the prices they did.

Next race seems too close to wager for me:

Nothing between cutting edge, Rodney and Kingston boy.

Even on a measure of class there is nothing between them - Arabian Beat, Cutting Edge - Even Mr Roy has done well under heavier than this.

Arabian beat could get the Nod on the strength of raiding - but wagering on a race like this is not how one builds a bank balance

You not the only one TOD.Was going to banker the favorite,Arabian Beat,then saw that my favorite jockey on favorites was riding so I added Marcus and he left it too late and he also finished out the PA.But honestly the quality of horses running at Greyville on a Friday night is truly dismal.PE has probably got a better quality of horse running there so we can expect plenty upsets.
