5.9.9 REFUNDS:
No refunds shall be made in respect of any Pick 4 (jackpot) Ticket, except in instances where a race meeting is cancelled or abandoned or if only one (1) Race constituting that Pick 4 (jackpot) has been completed. No refunds shall be made in respect of any pool carried forward
