R5 Lovely race but open,stick my neck to exclude Lake Kinneret,The Shredder and to an extent Dragoon
Thewaywemakem has a good chance
R6 Tokto Drift is on the drift but should run well.Betting suggests a horse race
Next two races too tough to call

RACE 1


Number 1 Dancing Rebel at 12/1

R2: Pantsula.

The Fav will be tough to beat here given two good runs in good maidens but has been well-found in the market and makes little appeal, especially as it's been beat at short odds twice now. Pantsula is a pretty obvious alternative but one I'm going for. Ran VERY green on debut, but had travelled well prior to that and would have finished a lot closer had it not been for inexperience. Been off for a while since but natural improvement should occur and if so, and if ready to rumble here off a break, can go very close. Singfonico can go well here too after a debut run with plenty of promise a couple of weeks ago showing good speed and not beat far, my alternative at a bigger price.

R3: Queensberry Square

Not that confident here but wanted to be against Ultimate Shamrock, who I don't think this is it's ideal distance. Queensberry Square ran a cracker two starts ago and although didn't replicate it a few days later, that run may have come too soon. A replica of the selection's run two starts ago would probably see it win and the drop in distance will help too.

R5: Rebuked

Rebuked has a very strong chance here. Very promising return from a break last time, not given a hard time under hands and heels riding latest and top jockey booked now. Still plenty of room to manouevre from this rating given past form and looks worthy of strong interest. I'm against Lake Kinneret, even given the fact that on the bare form of his last run in a good race, he'd win if replicating it. I don't think the drop in distance will improve him bundles and I still think he might be a little high in the ratings, especially on past handicap form. I think last time could have been flattered to get as close to higher rated animals and will be against him today. Amber Flash is worth a second look as the 5yo gelding has gone well fresh before when winning his Maiden in April.
