I don't know the lads but its great to see the strong support for them. That's exactly what they, and their families need . You are good friends, and in my book that's one of the most valuable assets in times of need. Well done and may your pals make a full recovery.

Nathan moved out of ICU to general ward facing a later move to GS for rehabilation
( almost typed rehab) That would have sent the wrong message.
It appears it will be a very long process many months.
Tyrone still in ICU but improving daily but once again many hurdles to be faced for both these boys

I visited Tyrone at Groote Schuur at noon today. I was very encouraged by the following facts:
1. He was moving his leg consistently and also his arm.
2. He was responding (I think) to me talking as his heart rate jumped from 107 to 112 after I spoke.
3. His eyes were open all the time and the nurse also spoke to him.
It will be a long road to full recovery and we should all continue praying for him. He is a fighter.
