The 50 upholstery chairs at the Somerset West Tote had been steam clean after approximately 10 years. Hopefully these chairs can be steam cleaned every 6 months. Well done to the operator making hygiene at their facilities a priority.

The refurbished tote in Bloemfontein Church street branch is the best tote I have visited, hopefully all totes could one day be like that branch.

The funny thing about punters is that we are never satisfied, always moaning, always finding fault with the management, jockeys, trainers, condition of the tracks, the pay outs, the bookies, the tote, small crowds at meetings, cant get on because betting site is slow. Yet we all come back for more day after day, year after year.

So whose fault really is it? Your own, because if you and I were not mugs we would not keep chasing after the rainbow.

Department or organisation running this project then compile all the feedback received and have a workshop to discuss the way forward.
