What is wrong with Cecil in the studio?The result for chelmsford is 3 9 11 4(written on the screen)and he calls it 3 9 4 1 or something like that.He says the four,which was favorite,runs third and 11,who ran third probably behind the 9,runs unplaced.Talk about giving listeners false information!!!!And this is not the first time he has done that.Favorite ran fourth out the PA.
