At first look seemed mild intimidation but also looked like for a moment right near end was Antons crop got stuck in other horses bridle for a sec. I'm guessing there was a few "brushing" whip sounds prior to that . Might be why interference rather than just intimidation?

Khumalo had no choice but to move his horse outward......so what would it be called if he kept his horse running straight? Would they have touched then?

the official stipes report says the objection was for interference and intimidation in the closing stages ..
