Anyone having this message when trying to place a bet-"error striking bet.cannot insert duplicate key row in object"?

Hollywood u guys r really going frm bad to worse this am cant take any bets cos keep on getting data incompatible msg on both mobi and main website this has to b sorted out really its a common reoccurence tym and tym again get rid of tht team tht deals with this.

Maybe someone can assist me or had a similar problem.
Before logging onto Hollywood I can view the "Live In-Play" markets as soon as I log in I get the following error, " www.hollywoodbet.net says: /".
If someone could assist it would be great.

It's forums like these that allow us to identify errors from complaints and address them. Errors will happen, and the quickest way to discover them is via our customers. You can do all the testing possible, but it's the front end user that discovers the bugs. We are very grateful to the clanners for their feedback!

Never, it's so easy and convenient for me to deposit at my local Standard Bank ATM
It reflects immediately at Hollywood
Normally when i get home 10 mins later,it's in my account
I think it was only the third time in two years it did'nt so i did not complain but requested

Btw,i use cash accepting ATMS
