Bit of a train smash in the BP - already on the back foot
Hopefully can make it up - some decent racing imo:
R2: Will be interesting to see how the draw down the straight plays out; on a line through Lebanese Tractor, French Legend has Sha-Boom Sha-Boom held; however FL comes off a break, so it could end up close between the two - imo they dominate the contest
R3: Unrehearsed also fancied strongly last time - so although he may get it right tonight, he is too short in the market for me - the filly Jameson Girl may give him something to think about with normal improvement
R4: Shivering Sea looks the right one - but may find it tough to give 7.5 kgs to Spring Dance who is overdue; if Sha-Boom Sha-Boom runs well in the 2nd, it may pay to consider A Woman's Will; Modjadji and Tell My Star next best imo
R5: IF Tahini can repeat her last victory over the much higher rated Negroamara and Juxtapose, it should be no race; if she falls victim to the '2'nd run after a rest syndrome', the race becomes more open ; the obvious two to take advantage being Sensible Lover and Fort Ember, while Paree on her penultimate can make the quartet pay
R6: Not an easy handicap; the ones in the betting all have obvious claims - roughie to consider imo is Wild Brier, who once ran less than 5 lengths behind Abashiri at level weights - MR has now plummeted - and we know the story about class and form
R7: As stated earlier I really fancy Dealer's Charm at this track, even before Copper Pot was taken out I thought that DC would prove very hard to beat - still very good value imo
R8: A bit of a nightmare to close; again the ones in the betting have obvious chances - looking for a spook I think maybe Jet Fever can give Scott Kenny a big double after bagging the first race - big drop in MR after running just more than 7 lengths behind Enaad in the winter
Enjoy

R4, I think Tell My Star is a runner. Has run to much stronger than facing this evening. If the betting is a guide, then must be at least 4/1 if Modjadji is a 9/2 chance, and is not weighted to finish ahead of Tell My Star.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Spring Dance
Tahini
Frodos selection. (Dealers Charm)
Mixed doubles with a head on punt for Spring Dance.

Lebanese Tractor can still improve here.
Featherfoot in the next likes this course and hoping for a place at big odds.
