Modjadji shows up the problem with the way we apply the MR system in SA.
Who decided it had lost 17 llbs of ability in under 5 months?-we need to either redefine MR as a FORM rating or apply it as an ABILITY rating!
(if we correctly applied it as ability ,it would help thwart manipulation)

actually thought the same, huge drop in ratings in 5 months?

Since Delpech and MdK parted company Delpech's strike rate has improved and DeKocks has deteriorated........interesting!

Cant understand the false start ...............the horse hesitated and bucked so it doesn't seem right to punish the rest of the field .......and now its scratched anyway!
(I have the field in my exotics so hopefully could play into my hands!)

Niko making the connections feel kak with his after race comments , why not just say brilliant ride by JP, instead of criminal pace , don't pay attention to form etc ?

If I were the connections, would ne be bothered too much about his expert comments - cheque is in the bank and so on - JP played with them there :huh:

My luck could be turning - had 2 horses in the PA and doubled up

Does this Lyle even watch the race? How on earth can he say Navaro(11) ran third... The most famous colours in SA racing at present and its the tote Fav...He confused Elevenses with no 11
