R1 I really don't give a fark! 
The race is taking too much attention on a day where there are some decent, competitive races. Can't find the winners of them personally but nevertheless... anyway, I am doing 50c e/w on Rogue Runner, Judd Power and Vaselisa, I won't care if they don't come in and I won't be risking a fortune on shorter ones while people play their games.
Playing cheap nutter route for the most part today as you will see if you read
R2 Draw could be important here. With that in mind, I think Olimpic Hall is decent e/w value and Emerald Island not without hope.
R3 Call The Captain 50c e/w. Wouldn't leave Messageinabottle out of anything either!
R4 Too open for me, no reason not to stick with Jet Explorer but won't be backing.
R5 So Suspect e/w
R6 Same as R4, Cardinal if forced
R7 Arkansas a few rand e/w, Dancingwithjackson and Fontenoy 50c e/w
R8 Star Trek was "impressive" on PE debut but a dire draw to overcome. Definitive R5 e/w

I'm on hols with missus,you know how they want your attention.Ive decided to follow your picks Engles.No pressure,if we win I will put the heating on in the pool for the saucepan lids,if we lose they can do butterfly stroke to warm up.

Should have gone to Zanzibar's east coast Dave, pools are like baths and the sea ain't much cooler, very decent place if ever you get the inclination...

paddy power have a loophole.
They let me win £100 on a single,but don't restrict betting without the favourite or place betting.YET
