Cornwall, Wales, Norfolk, Bournemouth to name but 4 off the top off my head would all at least rival SA beaches... now if you had mentioned cloud cover, that would be different!! but the reality is the UK has some absolutely fantastic beaches, they are just too often a little cold to stretch out on!!
