Back to the topic. Not long after the runners have entered the straight a black looking BMW M3 type vehicle is travelling quite fast and it looks as though it loses control around the bend and then its out the picture. Anyone see it?

I don't think I've ever seen a horse win like that in Kimberley - Normally when they get left they start a slow race against themselves and cross the line a soccer field behind the winner. Amazing.

Eyeoftheworld should come some quite far back to win at Kimberley although it should never loose lengths at the start. They had a horse in PE, Kentucky View, it should loose several lengths and still win but the best known horse I know was Western Telex who was an A Division, graded runner, and still win. Another springs to mind was the sprinter, Golden Gathering.

I remember Young Rake winning the John Skeaping when he was left a mile behind at the start.
