i wish i'd made my alias here TheStretch. As it seems to be the standard excuse offered by SA bookies when in their reasoning as to why they can't give you a better price. with some it even seems like a preprogrammed response lol.

Hope executive power wins. Still on the fence bout the other bets I'd said I'd go for. Do still like em all tho.

With no confidence of winning, I will be placing a small wager on Penteliko to place. I have a feeling this could be a decent sort over 1800-2400... Hoping it can run on for a place cheque...

Nothing in my DNA will allow me to let a group 1 winner running against a maiden winner (no matter what "they" say) run loose!
The rating is not capped (in fact 87 gross is maybe generous) and on that is 14Kgs out at the weights!
I have to back a horse that shouldn't come off the bridle, even if it needs the run! :sick:

(Lauderdale should be 2nd best,so will certainly be an interesting race)
