However, mitigating factors might be: he is ginger and hates western music ?
Jokes aside, this is so out of character for him and I am more than a little shocked.

He hates western music? Then his penance must be that he has to see Kenny Rogers at Carnival City in June...

The "kicking " episode apart, I have high regard for Duncan , both as a trainer and as a person of integrity.

Every single person has character "flaws" , I have seen far more good than bad from Duncan .

LOL...............Bob, actually it's a good suggestion to bring it out in the open. The fines incurred by trainers and jockeys should be going into a fund that is supposedly meant to be of help to battling retired trainers and their widows and jockeys who have been reduced to the poorhouse due to injuries etc.

So Duncan was in all probability giving that fund a bit of a boost with his actions, the unfortunate aspect is that the proceeds of the fund have been so mismanaged that the good Advocate BM should be given much credit for his efforts in bringing this unpleasant ongoings out in the open.
