Strydom worth a few lengths on Surruptitious, i can see him getting to the front and getting a little bit extra out of this horse the last furlong. Wouldnt leave him out.

Eternal love, debut run strong formlines, in form trainer and better jockey today, hopfully extra distance will suit... 12-1 eway.

Yes Greg ,I think it outclasses this field, and I have it underrated (and Handicappers have it heavily underrated!!!!) ?????

Generalissimo will run this field ragged over 1000m, this horse only know one speed, that's very fast. Third run after the rest, this horse will not be stopping, in fact, they may need a parachute to slow him down past the post
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Agree Rob. Also 3.5 lengths off the best colt in the country is no easy feat. Banker Heartland in all bets for me. Looking to beat the favorite in race 6 but could end up costing me if cold as ice puts this field to bed.
I didn't choose the #puntlife, the #puntlife chose me!

Race 3, Maidens: # MAJOR VAUGHAN; a poor field and that includes the favourite; trainer Crawford is in form; I think worth 7/2

Race 4, Handicap: #7 TOMBA LA BOMBA; drawn on the paint; jock van Niekerk is in form; lightly raced; I think worth 11/2

Race 5, Need For Speed: #6 BECKEDORF; trainer Drier is in form; if you just half believe in merit ratings then nap this horse

Race 6, Laisserfaire: #4 COLD AS ICE; easy and impressive in all her wins; classy; going for four-in-a-row; lightly raced; trainer Ramsden is hot; nap her

Race 7, Diadem: #1 COPPER PARADE; on merit ratings enjoys a very good weight advantage; very classy; hot Striker rides; I think worth 13/2

Race 8, handicap: #3 FRENCH REVOLUTION; easy and impressive last start; going for four-in-a-row; I think worth 22/10

Race 9, handicap: #2 BOSTON CELTIC; easy and impressive last start; again hot Striker rides; I think worth 9/2

Prosperous punting B)

Was receiving 6,5 kgs from Act of War and beaten 3,8 lengths and 2 kgs from MLJet and beaten 3,5 lengths in that run...I think Heartland ran to a max 91 (Act of War about 110 and MLJet about 101) in that race and currently rated 89 so rating about right...
