Phumelela’s High Court application to review and set aside an interim order
made by the Gauteng Gambling Board on 9 October 2014 has been dismissed
with costs.
Phumelela has been advised that the decision is appealable and has
instructed its legal representatives to apply for leave to appeal without
delay.

I ask again .......................who advises "P" ...................they hardly ever win a round ,never mind an entire fight!!!.................. :ohmy:

I THINK this was the instance when "P" took the stance that the requirements of "P" 's licence did not affect Tellytrack and appealed that fact ..........in spite of the fact that "P" have no other vehicle by which they can comply!!!!!!

On 13 November 2015 Phumelela applied for leave to appeal against the
judgment of the Honourable Judge Wright of 6 November 2015 which dismissed
Phumelela’s application to review and set aside a decision of the Gauteng
Gambling Board.

On 1 December 2015 Phumelela was granted leave to appeal against the
judgment to a full court of the Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg
