Did not watch the racing...but what the hell happened to Cape Town Noir???

Legislate won a great race but I just get goose bumps watching BB. Absolutely cruised in against some of the best horses in the country from a bad draw. CTN did not have the clearest run down the straight but BB had everyone stone cold in about 50m. Shot passed them in a matter of strides and then won easing up.

i watched the replays of greyville and i see the cape boys cleaned up in the kra guineas races and maybe goldcircle should increase the stakes for these races, because with so little racing in the cape,the income from raiding kzn is very usefull.only positive for kzn trainers is beach beauty winning the drill hall,but just watch how honest karl chose to go into traffick when he had a clear run next to bb.

Agreed...went inside towards rail and saw no space and then back out and around tiring horse...race was done by then as Beach Beauty got 2-3 lengths on the field by then...if stayed next to Beach Beauty towards middle then straight duel to the line between the two...may not necessarily have won...would have been closer though and certainly second not third...
