BTW I see there was a few enquiries into inconsistent running on Tuesday.................probably ineffectual but a start!.........more than we have been used to.
The problem is they regard 20+ lengths turnaround as inconsistent...................those are not the runs that need the most scrutiny!!!!!!!!!!

Actually Greg, I think there is a bit of rivalry going on between Phum and GC
I have noticed that on many occasions when GC has a major meeting, there is always a Cape or Gauteng meeting slotted in.
Kenilworth is a stand alone on Sunday. Could the Gauteng meeting not have been slotted in on the Sunday.
The feature racing season in KZN has now commenced. Not fair I think.

It swings both ways though - I remember complaining on here a while ago when KZN had a run-of-the-mill meeting on the same day that Gauteng had a big meeting - and I think at that stage TT still had to fit in the UK meeting(s) as well - at least now emphasis should be placed where it belongs - on the workrider's meeting :P
