I think it's fair to say that the standard of referees has gone backwards (from being 'not great' to 'poor' imo) - perhaps time to get 2 refs on the field like in the Varsity Cup - either that or give the 'assistants' more power :S

Agreed..like the Varsity Cup idea...saw a match or two and it seemed to work very well...

Yes, it was and then they concede so match almost done...two scores needed to tie..when there are 60 points in the match with 15 minutes to go, there are problems with defences so little hope of these two going very far...

Defences win matches in soccer and rugby by creating pressure from which to score and win...

Just see score update and Cheetahs have scored again...

Too soon...always wait for final score...Blues should have been home and away by now...

Update now is that Blues have a penalty...need this to provide cushion...

Thanks @cnc...overall odds on the 12 legs was 6/1 but I'll take it as probability for each leg was quite high based on form, home field advantage, past results, etc, etc...got my kitty for the rest of the weekend...(
