I'd say Shirla - has been very consistent over this sort of trip - yes she is a filly but is still rated highest by the handicapper - the Azzie stable has its problems, so Skyfall is a risky proposition imo, Ngiyashisa is unproven over the 1800, and who knows if Down Mexican Way can shape on the sand - so Shirla looks sure to run into the first 3 imo
Some thoughts on the other races:
R2: Very weak field; both Latino Ice and The It Girl have had plenty of chances and LI also looks suspect over the 1200 - so I'm including Runaway time on the BP - could be further improvement over the 1200 from nice draw
R3: Open fillies and mares handicap - Mink Trip looks the value to me - won her maiden very convincingly over this trip; obvious danger is Rivulet who has some good course and distance form as well - Empire of the Moon has been heavily raced recently and seems to be losing form - still I suppose the Tarry stable can't be ignored
R5: Nightingale Grey beat Olympic Spring by almost 7 lengths over 1600 recently - OS may have needed the run that day and is better over 1800, but that is still a gap to turn around and only 1.5 kg's better off - could get close between the two today - not much else stand out for me, but all of Beautiful Dawn, Santa Clarita (stamina doubts), Lady of Kildare or Billy Jo (if she takes to the sand) could place.
R6: Very competitive sprint - lots with chances but for me I think both Eusebius and Royal Roy need consideration
R7: Nice race - lots depend on whether Skit Skizzle takes to the sand, and even if he does, he could be made to work hard if Here Comes Billy can repeat his run in the August Stakes; both Tommy Gun (sand debut as well) and Tiger Territory look better over the minimum trip, so the main danger to SS and HCB could be Nice Stride, who holds Across the Ice on the run behind Principled
R8: The game Shiver & Shake is sure to be right there again from an inside draw, but this is an open contest imo - Negev is yet to win on the sand, but with the stable in hot form, must be considered as well - in fact I think there are many with chances here - even Control Tower is not without a chance from pole position
R9: Blazing Al impressed with his maiden win; if het gets the 1450 on the sand he will win again; Siamese Fighter also put up an impressive display in his maiden win and that was over the 1450, should go close again; others with chances obviously Alareef (bad draw a disadvantage) and Flag of France - runs for Striker, but probably better on the turf. Double Bind not to be completely ignored either.

Yes more insults and you may want to invest in your OWN protection (chest protector and faceguard) to go with your baseball bat....
