At flamingo the prepatation of the track are the most important part of the drainage the track was ripped on wendsday contarary to all previous ways the track has been prepared normally the track has been rolled and sealed with the plates when the weatherprediction shows rain cockup no 1 after tat the track was turned into slush when the tractor were used to try and compact the track again the total opposite 2 hw the track used 2 be prepared a method that the late pac used 2 and got excellent results

Just sounds like a big cockup if u ask me
