Inside draws have patently been far superior over 1000m so far.Unless you have the pace to get across early from the outside it's been extremely tough to beat the wide draw.

I've gone biggish for Delamere each way in the last - trainer seemed to like it and probably going to appreciate the extra .

Did the rearing troublesome horse next to striker in the stalls perhaps distract striker form getting a good break.

Why did the starter not let the horse settle before giving the go ahead???

Stipes and starters need a complete overall IMO.
