hollywood fixed place prices

any one take win multiple on interbet is the fool the worse price in the industry

r u sure HIBS..because they guarantee u 10k ...20 k...30k...off multiples....so if 20 account holders do the bet simultaneously...i am sure there wont be so much liquidity available

In general, for me I find the fixed place odds on Hollywood (especially when 4 places are involved) to be very short - maybe somebody with time on their hands could start making comparisons (even to tote odds - where mostly 3 places only are available) - but at least nobody is forcing me to take a bet at odds I do not find realistic (tu)

u get a bonus added to the end payout...ps...if u looking to get on a double for big these days...u have to take it wherever u can....before it shortens

Is there a formula Hollywood follow? I know Marshall's have a set formula spending on runners and place payouts

Hollywood Fixed Places
4-6 carded runners - 2 places
7-13 carded runners - 3 places
14 or more carded runners - 4 places
If it goes to 3 runners or less, all place bets are refunded

Dev, I meant more that if it's paying 3 runners it's win price /5 of its 4 places /6 etc.

We have our set percentage targets, which obviously change depending on the race. Obviously if there is an odds-on favourite in the race, the percentage will be much lower. If it's a more open race, the percentage is higher.

We don't have a set rule on if it's 3 place, we pay 20% of the win price, 4 place 16% of the win price etc. We adjust our percentage according to the situation and the race, and our betting targets.

Understandable, you ensuring the liquidity is in your favor as are most books.
