my disappointment....we already have bad issues with starting....a bad experience like this can scar an animal for life...surely they must get a competent electrician to check it over and provide a CoC...how do we know that there are not trickle currents at all times in those stalls....

I saw some horses just battled to load...and I'm not surprised....they've been shocked....:

...it will require schooling to TRY and get them over this...
