This guy in the Racing International studio keeps calling Sean Veale "Shane" and Des Edges "Darryl" ;)

TT is simply just too good for me..............

Unbelievable how we can watch horses milling around at the start that have been scratched....but we cannot see them in the parade ring or the canter down...must be on tea...

.
Very frustrating not getting a chance to see all the horses canter down properly .(td)
The horses seem to come out to fast for the camera ?

That is the on course cameraman/men and production team...but a trial and error system of changing camera positions would sort it out....
Some days they are spot on...and others...:S

I've watched a lot of racing in the UK and I have to say the coverage on 208 can only be described as pathetic.

5 minutes before the main race and some blonde bimbo was giving a story about how she bought her hat! Interviews with Mike Rutherford, Eddie Jordan... I mean do me a favour!!

I understand time is limited and not many people in SA actually give a hoot about the Queens Plate but at least give the race the respect it deserves and get some experts in the studio!!

some great racing from kenilworth with most of the fancied horses winning the feature races.
its a pity the coverage was so poor, how can you have zim and kzn racing along with cape racing.no time to see the horses go down,no previews of races,no interviews of winning connections and n andrews interviewing everyone that has no bearing on the races.to top it all off they have molly in studio.
anyway its now become quite clear to me that channel 239 is not their to cater for racing purists but rather just a betting channel who will rather show horses standing around in zim while a graded race is abt 5 min away in ct,.1/8th screen of canter downs while rest of screen has tips from real deal and tab free sheets for zim.its a big big joke that no one has a clue at tt.

well done to the drier, kannemeyer and the snaith stables on there feature race winners.met is going to be a cracker.
