It just shows again that as far as communications / marketing goes, these people are useless - how long has it been since anyone has said anything about this in the last 18 months - which probably means it has gone away ?

it might be the best option but as you guys have pointed out who knows how well it will drain - perhaps still on if we get a really bright day tomorrow

One can just shake your head really, that today with all our technology that drainage is still a restricting factor. Costly but very effective methods are available. When one weighs it up against losing race meetings surely it would be wise to spend the money.

Especially now that they don't have the cost of running Newmarket and Gosforth Park as well.

I am hoping they listen to Frodo's advice if unsuitable tomorrow to run the meeting on Wednesday, considering there are 18 Summer Cup nominations running and most of them fall outside the Top 20 trying to get in.
