That is a tough one hibs..........Personally I believe that the only worthwhile tips should include the value threshold of recommended bets............. and if exotics are tipped, then by all means go wide where necessary but P&L OF ALL BETS must be the measure.
Too many will boast about cherry picked winning bets!
