Donnelbr.......i hear via the grapevine that De Kock works like a machine! I know u can confirm for me. I am even hearing whispers that this is the new "Jackson" in the yard..........i know he has a long way to get to Jackson's status, but if reading between the lines, he is a very good up and coming beaut

His aim is the RTR race......and maybe The Guineas.....I think he will be better over the Derby distance.....

You could well be right. Trapped 3 wide then eased out to last. He looks to have a very bright future indeed.

Surely - Strongman must be the one to beat in the Cape Classic - this will be the acid test for Red Ray I also like ZT and EJ to make them all run

I think the best of them haven't even come out yet! I'm not that big on Power King or Strongman. I think Red Ray will do them both but I'm not sure if he might need the run tmrw ? I guess tmrw will tell! Just wish I could be around to see them all it's gonna be a good season. What do I know anyway !

Things change fast for 3yr olds at this time, but if they ran the guineas tomorrow, I would have to back Zambezi Torrent!
I hope we get a look at Red Ray, Captain of All and Happy Valentine soon so we can see they are at now!

It will be interesting to see if any Jhb horses contest the Cape Guineas??

Alec Laird has brought Forest indigo to Cape Town for the season. No slouch either. I believe he arrived last week.
