KwaZulu Natal Horror accident 27 dead

Apparently hit 2 cars on the way down and then I cannot understand why he took that turn off and did not just stay on the M13. Maybe he did not know the road as that was an easier turn even at speed than the one he took. 90% of the blame to the truck owner in my opinion.

there are a few "driving schools" near my office and man I am afraid for the welfare of road users when I see these guys(Lets just say people come from all over Gauteng to use certain "schools" in Benoni!!)

Terrible what has happened...

Surely the driver could have used the gears to slow down the vehicle? Looking at another picture of the truck, it was A Volvo which looked pretty neat even after all the destruction caused. The truck certainly did not look like a skorokoro.

i still cant understand how he hit two people on the freeway and continued to increase speed afterward.. the man should be charged with murder.. and the truck owner with culpable homicide..

they should only allow up to 8tons on arterial roads. superlinks only allowed on national freeways.. they reluctant to increase costs for these bottom feeding truck owners..

That is just it....he obviously had not geared down while on the M13 and had already lost control before taking the off ramp....:

I dislike making a comment after such a horrific incident....but this is a typical kneejerk reaction from the dickweeds that pretend to control the situation....we have become the police, judge and jury....(by we I mean our politicians) our police decide already which crime they shall prosecute...WTF....:S:S
continue watching speed and ignoring....U-turns on freeways...overtaking on blind rises...reckless driving....parking on the wrong side of the road...jumping red traffic lights...etc ad nauseum....as long as you don't speed...!

After what citizens are put thru when they gibela owning their own car becomes an immediate goal.
It becomes a priority and this comes with its own danger
