Agree re commentaries... Diski run was apparently eyecatching (said in the replay!) but he didn't bother mentioning it throughout the entire race?? :S He is a speaker not a commentator, its all about trying to be clever calling the winner as early as possible and create "excitement" about a horse that is 6l clear rather than just commentating on what is happening. Would love to see him do Flamingo, calling home a 20 run maiden horse beating a very poor field by 4 lengths!! lol Think he would be ok if he didn't try to call every winner 3-400 out and continually over-emphasise horses etc etc etc But let's not be too harsh, he IS better than Dumpy!!
