I will tell u the difference as I have been both trainer A and B,both trainers are professional but in different ways and have different objectives.Horses are either good or not, but the key is to get the. Best out of each horse, that is the difficult part. Anyone can get a horse fit but how many can get a horse well.
As trainer A I have no desire to go back to trainer B for the simple reason that I can now keep individual tabs on both my horses and patrons. I have time every morning to work a few horses a string and consider each of them individually.I have time for my patrons.Ihave time to consider my horses potential and career path. I have time to consider every work and comment made to me on each horses work and well being.
As trainer B I broke too many horses by not having time to consider each horse for a small period of time each day. I di not have time to work all my horses and watch every horse work. I did not have time to talk to all my patrons on a regular basis.I worked mainly on feedback from people with less knowledge than mine.
Now consider what the 2 trainers hope to achieve.
A wants to give his patrons and horse a good service but won't have the money to buy the best blood.
B wants more and better horses so he can achieve what the bigger dog in front of him on the trainers log has. he buys many horses at big prices to achieve this.
My advice, if u have unlimited resources go to trainer B. The rest trainer A will give you, but remember there are 10 trainer A's to every one trainer B and some will not be able to succeed. As the saying goes:: ITS TOUGH AT THE TOP BUT CROWDED AT THE BOTTOM

Ideally is to find the Trainer A that trains like Trainer B but give more personal attention to each horse , promise you will never leave that trainer
