Well done

Just an observation on a race I watched late last night
Chilbury hill looked beat then was looking winner and was then beaten on line by outsider
As they hit the line I noticed that a running rail separated the both runners and thought the outsider had ran out?
I did see the result so guess it was normal?
Just unusual to see the running rail between the runners

The rail was the divider betwwen the hurdle course and the chase course but because the race was finished before she ran of course the result stood
