Dear Robert,have confirmed with my IT department,that the live tickets displayed after the 1st leg of the PA,P6 and JPot are incorrect,there is a software "bug" that they are currently working on to correct.After the 2nd leg,the tickets going forward are Definitely correct.

WHAT? There is a software bug which 'operational' staff sort out in minutes. Gosh I seriously need to head hunt these guys or guyesses . Easy. . .what you think of that ?

Surely if there is a software bug then the system is not full proof and open to some sort of manipulation ...??

This is the same system that can't be hacked or manipulated.
Systems cannot "sometimes" go wrong! A programme is a programme-if there are "occasional" faults they are human issues...........it is worrying that it can be humanly altered-the mind boggles at what can be "altered" then.
Surely it is time for an independent forensic audit of the entire Saftote set-up.

Forensic audit definitely needed.

Worked on a contract job about 15 years ago, and brought in forensics....amazing how the theft stopped
