turffies well done my brother. now is the big problem to re store your credit the banks dont touch you for 10 year. to me this is un fair

Flash Harry, under debt counselling your credit worthiness is not affected the same way. Clearances are being issued as we speak. Fortunately the National Credit Act has safeguards built in to protect the client. This IMVHO is the best piece of legislation in SA.

My mate completed the same process, he paid his last payment in Feb this year, he is already getting offers from new credit... and he is not biting (tu)

He too agrees it is a big burden off of his shoulders...
