In spite of Willow Magic reputed to be unbeatable, I have no such worries, cos I am on Normanz

Normanz has plenty going for it... potentially a very good draw, Marcus and on a hattrick. Also the blinkers seem to have focussed him.

I said this before and will say it again ...lol...on big race days the supposed extra-ordinaries all seem ordinary with a capital O so my advice for 2 mor is to go with your gut irrespective of betting , form etc and if you fancy something , then include it!!

also focus on the horses with pure gate speed , cruising speed and fastest 400m...that will narrow your selections down a bit

Point taken regards Willow Magic, if you apply the same logic in R5, then My Sanctuary must be worth a punt as it is unbeaten at Scottsville (3 runs, 3 wins - 2 over tomorrows distance). When she was beaten at Clairwood, there were valid excuses, as we all know. MS must be the best weighted horse in the race, I think 5/1 represents good value.

Only concerned about the temperament.

I saw something i liked in Via Africa at Turffontein,she really ran to the line..big chance tomorrow although the price is not so tempting..

my advice for punters is to play very wide in exotics esp the gr1 races.try to incl as many of the cape raiders as possible and dont banker via africa in your pots.there will be plenty upsets as usual and i fully expect some shock results.good luck and may u back plenty winners on the day.

also she was not able to tear away from them for whatever reason and actually ran on to the line ! She has only been beaten buy a champ so far !
