No Dave it was not shown, they would rather broadcast the loading process from Zim which took about 5 minutes...

but then Nico is probably right, the whole of Aus had probably set there alarms to watch the Castle Tankard... (

The last time this Tankard was worth anything was in Smith's Rhodesia - Nothing against the Race but to carry on as if it is world class is silly

Roy Magner has won this race quite a few times................ i think the last time he won was with Mr Bruss raider...... CIRCLE OF LIFE who sh!t in. ridden by Gav Lerena i think.

Circle of Life was not a bad horse & I think must have won 7 or 8 races me thinks. I'm sure these days this race is no more than a C or B division handicap as Mr Hawaii said.
