But why this only in the Cape then, you don't see them racing every other during the Gauteng or KZN off season??

Greg...this kind of "planning" is shortsighted....when the Cape Winter hits us we will lose more than a few meetings. Why not schedule more meetings now...

cape trainers dont seem too worried,they know they can raid kzn and scoop most of the prizemoney in the graded races there.last season 7 cape trainers won gr1 races in kzn.

The programme was set up over a year ago with 12 saturday meetings missing for Cape Town......too long a story as to why!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway the good news is that for the new programme this is being addressed and it wont happen like this again.:)
