No, that can't be it....I'm sure we have had this discussion before but I can't be asked to go look.

There has to be a fixed order of how the fav is established...

they can't just nominate whichever one they want......

It should be in race card order perhaps?????

The tote payout is rounded down for punters. there are still a few cents not showing that decides the fave.
