In time to come, I would certainly hope he will get more ground - for now he shows a lot of pace, so very competitve over a sprint IF that tongue-tie does the job (tu)

guys, I think DIS is a big runner today, providing he improves 4-5 L with that tongue tie. ( let's Rock 'n Roll used to race with a tongue tie, so I hope he's half as good as ELVIS was , a GR 1 winner )
I think the outside draw is preferred up the straight, we drawn 11 - TOBIT draw 6 -
oh well let's wait an see, time will tell.
FRODO now 3/1 a fair price me thinks, TOBIT on the drift slightly.

You could of course be right (looks like you involved in that stable?) - but hell the dam barely stayed 1000 - so let's see. The more I look at it. maybe Stavinsky is a runner - the Distinctly form turning out better than I thought - and Casey Novak came out to win again yesterday - so not bad value at 13/2 imo.
Other thoughts:
R3: Wild Air imo has raced against stronger and could be the right one; Neo Jet backed off the boards on debut and Gavin takes the ride (probably in preference to Flight of Eagles) - however easy to back today, so who knows? Start Your Engines has also been supported in both runs before being gelded, so may also improve here - not the easiest start to the PA
R4: Magic Approach does look to have everything going for her here; only Empyreal Song (tries blinkers), Irish Lace (better draw and Striker rides) and Stylish Bay (if she can reproduce the run where she finished in front of ES) look capable of beating her.
R5: Competitve maiden plate; Kibrave did finish in front of Eternity last time, but E was drawn very poorly and had to come from last that night, so I like his chances here. 3rd choice for me is Augustinus, who has improved nicely in his 2nd start and looks to have scope for further improvement. For the quarted, I'd consider Royal Tribute (faces stronger here), Don't Be Silly (if he can jump on terms), Anaconda Moon (better shorter?), Baron Zemo and Zeerust
R6: Rock of Arts looks to have the class, but the 1160 could pose a problem; Ampere is in good form, but is drawn (like RoA) on the inside - not sure if that would prove to be a factor, or not. I think Prince Jazeem could be found wanting in this class getting only 3.5 kg's from RoA; a roughie to consider is Nice Stride, who ran a good race last time he went over this trip
R7: Two Tone won't find an easier opportunity to record his first win in more than 15 months - only danger Mythical Palace imo
R8: King's Temptress obviously the class filly, but the 1160m could be just a tad sharp now - Striker will be fully aware of that, and will try to get away on Danish Blue; Katch and Hlatikulu both won their maidens very nicely and could be the main dangers to the top 2.
R9: Betting tells the story - very open fillies handicap to close; Silent Angel has a wide draw, but looks good value to me from Miravar, imo Pebble Eyes and Ohiki Bay need to show more, and Stunning Jet looks to have something to find with SA and is drawn even wider; Geolina may improve this trip
Enjoy (tu)
