My initial fancy is the Stormers, finally broke the Silverware voodoo last term in the CC and have two easy games in their conference against cheetahs and kings, bulls might still be under done aswell while it seems Sharks only real test. NZ conference very hard with all 5 sides HTB on their day, while the Ausies ... Well they're the Ausies and might be outclassed at the end ?

Very tough, and I believe the All Blacks are resting a few stars, Mcaw for sure. Bulls vs Stormers at Loftus 1st game for both sides. Eish, gonna be a massive derby.

What price Stormers to:(1) top the SA conference and (2) make it to the finals?

The Blues will be much better this term as will the Cheetahs who have broken their duck regarding winning overseas. There will be plenty of shocks and as much as I would love the Stormers to win I think that they have blown their chances over the past couple of years. Chiefs to retain their title for me.

Sorry Loopy, meant to use this 8-) emoticon in my post, i think they can make the final. To win this tournament you have to win the league and i am hoping they can take advantage because of the new franchise i.e. add to the goal difference tally big time, whereas the NZ conference has no new comers, so hopefuuly that turns out to be tight rather than lope-sided, i think you get the gist.
