I must say, these past few months Mentor, Anthony G and Laff have been on top form, banging winners left,right and centre. Can any stats Guru give us the strike rates or something?asseblief?

A place for this horse in a grade 1 is not impossible

He has a brilliant assistant in Mike who joined the Laff yard only a year ago.

Interesting to see the stats before and after?.

Laff has had 22 winners in 2012 so far

Laff had 11 winners in 2011

He had 25 in 2007

21 in 2008

27 in 2009

20 in 2010

had a few grade2 winners and went very close in a couple of grade ones with the goat....

Oracle news also had minor places in two grade1s beaten around 2L both times

This could be his best year yet............and all this while he is on holiday. Go Laffs!

Shot Hibs....i had Goat in my mind, but couldn't for the life of me remember Oracle News' name!

SHould stay on holiday me think....

.....Mentor was one of my favorite horses to have the odd flutter on.....particularly liked the day he won the Hawaii Stakes in 2008 when that knowitall blond jock said he had no chance on USO.....the horse drifted...... and I shouted it it home much to the amazement of all the hot shot punters that made the Tarry horse a good thing.....:S
