The horse that finished 4th puts me off taking the race seriously,although the yogas horse has improved recently,he was coming back from a 3 month rest himself etc and at 7 cannie be that big an improver..

Well he did not finish in front of VC this time.... but I admit to having backed Bravura as up to Sunday he was unbeaten C&D and I believed that VC and PV would be undercooked and prepping...VC was prepping but that was still too good for the field

Bravura will never beat Jackson over 2000m

Bravura is classy, ppl r 4gtng his 3yo form(which imo is better than Jacksons) and his run to Igugu in the Met.. Jackson is very very good. But will he be able to run a head to Igugu? I think not

Master plan and rumya

If VarietyClub ran in the Met, he would be a serious contender. Reason i say that, last season Jackson caught and passed him very late in the Derby, albeit comfortably in the end.

There is one horse who I like a lot and feel we have to watch.
Will be a serious runner in the summercup- Irish Flame!
If reproducing Derby win/Daily News win/July 2nd..will be a big runner.
Remember going back to Bravura!!when he won Cape Derby he had the likes of Irish Flame, Bold Silvano, ansteral fore, Noordhoek Flyer all beat!!

I know they are now 6 y olds I think?but still decent horses and can't be ignored in group races!
