The football was neat but watching Spain trying to win a soccer match was like watching a Water Ballet team trying to win a Water Polo match!

Surely the value lies in taking the draw when the top-rated teams play each other in the rounds. I assume they would firstly insure that they do not lose with a win being a bonus. I got 7/1 on Spain/Italy draw + Croatia to win. I know either team could have won but the odds were to play for the draw against each other, then play to win against the so called weaker teams. Also to watch for the teams needing to draw to go through in the last pool round.

France and England should be a close one. Maybe a draw. Ukraine to beat Sweden. Loved the 3rd Croatian goal last night coming off the Irish keepers head. As i stated in an earlier post Croatia are my outsiders to win 2012

I actually thought Spain had adopted African style football... dribbling the goalkeeper :S .. they had so many opportunity's for a quick shot at goal from 18 metres but tried to get to 3 metres in a congested box. BUT the game was surprisingly free from histrionics and I agree that it was the best game so far. I did not watch the Croatia game due to family pressure to join them in our Sunday night movie tradition ... What was the final score ??

GB looking at the England starting line up, England playing for a draw with it being their first game of tourney, one point is better than none and if they fancy their chances against Sweden and Ukraine the draw will be a big result for them.
