Do you think he needs a stable jockey?

Having a stable jock certainly can't hurt - no negatives imo

Chad is too heavy to be the stable jockey as such, I'd imagine.

They had a horse recently at the vaal, touted a certainty.

IT WAS being given away on betfair at 14/10 when it was 7/10 in SA ran a "cracking" 2nd or 3rd

I see Tab has this on their site

BAMAKO STANDS OUT AS A BANKER IN TURFFONTEIN PICK 6 CARRYOVER

JACK MILNER: THERE is a Pick 6 carryover of R562,485 with an estimated pool of R2.3 million at Turffontein on Saturday and Sean Tarry could throw a lifeline to punters in Race 6, where he saddles Bamako.

Based on his form over the course and distance, Bamako looks the best bet on a tough card. He contests a MR 72 Handicap over 2600m on the inside track. The four-year-old Silvano gelding has raced three times over this track and trip for one win and two second places. His last start was in a MR 81 Handicap where he was beaten one length by S’il Vous Plait.
Bamako was probably a touch unlucky in that event as he hung in the final 400m. In any case, S’il Vouz Plait looks a pretty decent sort and was not winning out of turn. For Bamako to get within one length of Ormond Ferraris’ runner speaks volumes.
It was 2.25 lengths back to third-placed Luminous Love and with nothing of the class of the winner and third-placed runner in this line-up, Bamako looks a standout bet.
The handicapper was equally impressed with that run and gave him a 1.5kg penalty. He takes a drop in class and Bamako will carry 6kg more than in that race. However, he has the services of Anthony Delpech for the first time and that will count in his favour.

NOT IN MY LIFETIME WILL I EVER BANKER A TARRY HORSE AGAIN.

Nobody has mentioned how well Richard Fourie could do for Tarry.

Mr Fourie may just be able to listen better than Strydom, bush fewer favorites than Fradd and pitch for more rides than Delpech.
