I am back from 2nd string! Not sure about Clwd or Ashburton but we were pretty lucky as with our new sand track we only really missed 1 days work. To be safe you might say the horses that have raced lately could have a small advantage.

Thanks, Craig. Interesting that Summerveld didn't get affected as badly as I'd have imagined, although you did say elsewhere that it got less than half the rain which fell on Greyville. BTW, does anyone know how Clairwood racecourse has stood up to the deluge?

its not quite 100 percent yet but its almost there and with the huge help of a retired track manager from gauteng who actually knows a thing or two and doesnt sit on his fcuken backside in an office the grand old dame is coming back to the world class racecourse it once was...as for the training tracks they are in a different league especially the sand tracks ...

Not a horse but whipped Bosch by 6 lengths...I think the weight got to him over the last furlong
