What made my day watching the Turffontein racing was the interview after Go Indigo had won the Fillies Guineas. To see an owner so excited was great. That is what puts racing above all other types of betting. The sheer excitement and love of the game, horse and everyone involved.

...that storm hit us later during the running of Kavanagh's race....we had no DSTV picture and phoned in to listen to the commentary....all we heard was Pierre Jourdan.... Pierre Jourdan....Pierre Jourdan....then when I watched the replays and saw that he was never in the front three....:S...not a good commentary....(td)
