Bigs Bucks is one of them..didnt quite cut it as a chaser(infamously fell at the last fence in the Hennessey GC, with Sam Thomas aboard in 2008) and since that run, he was switched back to hurdles..hasnt lost since. But the bookies are starting to take him on..he might be a short price on the day but def a banker.

Long Run was a facile winner of last years Gold Cup with the likes of Kauto Star, Denman and Inperial Commander behind him.. but Kauto Star has shown there is still life left in the champ's tank, with some emotional victories in the Betfair Chase and more notably at Kempton when winning his fifth King George Chase. Its close but i think Long Run is more suited to Cheltenham than Kauto is these days..

As per my scotia post the big 4 the bookies are worried about for the double up are Hurricane Fly, Long Run, Big Bucks and Sizing Euorpe.

Irish Hennessy Gold Cup winner yesterday looks like a lively contender for the Gold Cup..will have to improve nearly a stone though.

I thought the bumper Piqué Soux was very impressive and could be worth a punt for Mullins
