For the record, there was an Ngong meeting not long ago where the last two races were cancelled because of rain, and I'm pretty sure that a while back there was a whole meeting washed out. To be fair, they do a reasonable job with extremely limited resources and almost zero income (I believe there are no off-track betting shops or Totes in Kenya at all) - but it is still Mickey Mouse.
